Product Overview
A multifunctional surface aerator includes a motor, a metering box,
and an inverted umbrella-shaped impeller, and also includes a
lifter, wherein the shaft of the lifter is fixedly connected to the
shaft of the inverted umbrella-shaped impeller. The penetration
depth of the inverted umbrella-shaped impeller is adjusted by the
lifter, and the lifter can be set with manual, electric and step
attenuation adjustment modes. In addition, a through hole is formed
between the partition of the inverted umbrella-shaped impeller and
two adjacent blades and the impeller shaft, which has the function
of raising the water head and strongly stirring. The advantages of
the present invention are: by utilizing the basic principle of a
water pump, it can play a significant role in aeration and
oxygenation, driving water flow and strong stirring. It makes full
use of the mechanical energy input, is a multi-functional
energy-saving, combined with a novel impeller lifter, it is
convenient for the use and adjustment of the surface aerator, and
lays the foundation for automated machinery production.
CONSTRUCTIONS
Motor and shaft
The motors are TEFC(Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) type. Equipped
with stainless steel shaft.
Impeller
The impeller is dynamically balanced and directly fixed to the
stainless steel shaft.
Water guide panel
The water guide panel minimize energy loss and high efficient
surface oxygen transation.
Floating
The floating is made in totally corrosion resistant material and
the hull is completely filled with high density closed cell
polyurethane foam ensure maximum stability under all operating
conditions.
Mooring
The TSR aerator is designed to be anchored in 3 or 4 point. Proper
mooring point are located on the floating.
Water inlet pipe
An anti-vortex device design in water inlet pipe.
