Product Overview

The High-Velocity Surface Aerator line is designed to maximize the two most important functions of any aeration unit - oxygen transfer and wastewater mixing. The waste stream is pumped through the unit in a manner that produces an optimum spray pattern to promote oxygen into the wastewater. At the same time, this pumping action produces a tank velocity pattern that ensures mixing of the contents and therefore dispersion of oxygen. Many years of experience in the design and application of mechanical aeration equipment, combined with the full capabilities of our extensive research and testing facilities, enable us to offer a range of high-velocity aerators that not only maximize oxygen transfer and tank mixing characteristics, but also achieve this in the most economical and reliable manner.

CONSTRUCTIONS

Motor and shaft

The motors are TEFC(Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) type. Equipped with stainless steel shaft.

Impeller

The impeller is dynamically balanced and directly fixed to the stainless steel shaft.

Water guide panel

The water guide panel minimize energy loss and high efficient surface oxygen transation.

Floating

The floating is made in totally corrosion resistant material and the hull is completely filled with high density closed cell polyurethane foam ensure maximum stability under all operating conditions.

Mooring

The TSR aerator is designed to be anchored in 3 or 4 point. Proper mooring point are located on the floating.

Water inlet pipe

An anti-vortex device design in water inlet pipe.
