Customizable Solid Liquid Separation Machine Product Description
The customizable solid liquid separation machine is a DAF dissolved air flotation system engineered for ETP effluent treatment. It removes suspended solids, oil and grease through fine micro-bubbles and automatic skimming, delivering rapid solid-liquid separation for industrial effluent. Unlike centrifuge oil water separators and fuel water separator bowls, this DAF system requires minimal maintenance, making it a cost-effective and efficient solution. Classification of Flotation Technology
Flotation water purification technology has developed in many forms. According to the way it generates bubbles, it can be divided into: air distribution flotation (including rotor gas distribution, microporous gas distribution, impeller gas flotation, etc.); dissolved air flotation (including vacuum flotation, pressure flotation of full dissolved air type, partial dissolved air type and partial reflux dissolved air type); electrolytic flotation; biochemical flotation (including biological gas flotation, chemical gas flotation).
