Versatile Solid Liquid Separation Machine Product Description
The versatile solid liquid separation machine is a DAF dissolved air flotation system designed for ETP effluent treatment. Part of the treated wastewater is circulated into the dissolved air tank where air is supersaturated and dissolved under pressure, then mixed with flocculant-added raw water at the entrance of the flotation tank. The pressure reduction releases supersaturated air as tiny bubbles that quickly attach to suspended matter and lift it to the surface, forming an easily removed sludge layer, while heavier solids settle at the bottom. The process and equipment are relatively simple, easy to manage and maintain, and the partial reflux type delivers significant and stable treatment effect with great energy savings.

Scope of Application
